Meet Dr. Rafael Dino Dimayuga
Hello and thanks for visiting our website to learn a little more about our practice. I am originally from Vancouver, British Columbia and did my undergrad studies at the University of British Columbia in biochemistry. Dental school took me to the windy city of Chicago where I studied at Northwestern University. After I finished dental school, I worked in Chicago for a few years before moving back to the Pacific Northwest in 2005. I associated for a few years before taking over for Dr. Allan Zalewski in Lynnwood back in 2011.
Outside of the office I can be spotted hanging out with my wife and daughter taking in all that Seattle has to offer. I enjoy trying out new restaurants and love eating and drinking new things. My wife and I spend a lot of time with our daughter and support her with all her activities in school and outside of school (mainly ballet and whatever sports she can fit in her schedule). I used to be a volleyball junkie but also enjoy other sports and exercising. My other interests include travel and computers.
Dentistry is a lot of things including fun, stressful and rewarding! I try to be as honest as possible and take as many pictures as I can so that you can see what I see. I also try to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to your dental needs, but am sensitive to client needs and will never be aggressive in my treatment philosophy. I love getting to know my patients and what their interests outside of dentistry are and enjoy answering any questions they have for me. Hopefully we can meet one of these days!

Crystal Osberg – Office Manager
With nearly three decades of experience in the dental field, Crystal Osberg brings both expertise and heart to her role as Office Manager.
For over 28 years, she has loved building lasting relationships with patients and their families, helping to create a welcoming, comfortable environment from the moment they walk through the door. Crystal’s warm personality and dedication to patient care make her a key part of the dental team.
Outside the office, Crystal enjoys visiting her son, daughter-in-law, and young grandson in Texas as often as possible. She and her husband share a love of golf and stay busy at home with their three dogs.
Katie
Katie Arnestad is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Yakima Valley Hygiene School in 2012.
With over a decade of experience in dental care, Katie is passionate about promoting oral health and providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.
She currently resides in Mukilteo, Washington, with her husband and their son, Cooper. Outside of her work in dentistry, Katie leads a vibrant and active lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves being outdoors. A dedicated fisherman, Katie spends her summers in Alaska, where she serves as the captain of her fishing boat, Old School.
Shannon
Shannon is a dedicated Lead Dental Assistant with over a decade of experience in the dental field.
Since graduating from Spokane Community College in 2014, she has been committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients and supporting her dental team with skill and professionalism.
Shannon lives in Marysville, WA with her husband, their three children, and a small hobby farm that keeps life busy and full of joy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and embracing the outdoors—whether it’s gardening, exploring nature, or simply soaking up the fresh air.
